Return & Exchange Policy
At Fine Diamond, your satisfaction and confidence are our top priorities. Our Return & Exchange Policy ensures clarity, convenience, and fairness for every purchase.
🔁 General Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Return/exchange must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition, free of damage or signs of use.
- All original packaging, diamond certificates (GIA/IGI), tags, and documents must be included.
- Free returns within the U.S. – we provide a prepaid, insured return label.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after passing our quality inspection.
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value. The customer is responsible for both-way shipping for exchanges.
✨ Customized, Engraved, or Resized Items
(Eligible for Store Credit Only)
These items are final sale and not eligible for refunds, as they are custom-made or modified for you. However, they may qualify for store credit upon approval and inspection.
Includes:
- Jewelry with personalized engraving
- Customized pieces, including design modifications or special orders
🔔 Note: These items may still be eligible for our 60-Day Complimentary Resizing Policy.
⏳ Issued store credit will be valid for 2 weeks from the date of issuance.
📏 60-Day Complimentary Resizing
We offer free resizing within 60 days of delivery, where resizing is possible.
- Applies only to eligible, non-customized, and non-engraved rings
- Not all rings are resizable – resizing eligibility will be confirmed upon request
📦 Return Packaging Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and safe return process:
- Use the original jewelry box and include all certificates
- Pack securely in tamper-proof packaging
- Ship via a trackable and insured courier (or use our prepaid U.S. return label)
